April 12th

Even though it was a 4 day week in the UK because of Easter, work was a struggle. After coming back from Italy and relaxing for Spring Break, waking up early, getting dressed in a suit and working a 9-5 just didn't cut it. But as the end of the week approaches, there are some good things to look forward to. Today, two of my friends from home, Jason and Danny, are visiting London. Since it's Justin's last weekend here, we both wanted to do it big these last few nights he was abroad. Even though I had work the next day, a group of us went out to a club in Camden called Proud. This ended up being a really cool venue. It was actually an old horse stable that was converted into a nightclub. In each old stable, there was a VIP table or a bar, and in the back there was an outdoor beer garden. As soon as we got there, we posted up at the bar and ordered our first round of shots. One of my friends asked for five shots of tequila for our group. I realized what was going down just as the bartender poured the fourth glass, I made him audible and pour me some whiskey. Crisis averted. It ended up being a really fun night, but I didn't go to bed until past three. It's going to be a rough day tomorrow...
