In about 3 hours, Pierce and I will be leaving for the train to Paris. Everytime I book a trip, I get this idea in my head that waking up early to travel in the morning is a good idea. It sounds great at the time until you're actually traveling. However, I've been looking forward to this trip a for a long time so I don't mind waking up early. Although Paris should be cool, the tour of the Normandy Beaches on Saturday is definitely the focal point of the trip. I'm cant wait to see my boy Teddy, so hopefully I'll have some good stories about the trip when I'm back on Sunday.
