I desperately needed a haircut, and finally decided to go get it done. We found this small barber shop where this Italian guy cut my hair. It ended up being a pretty good cut. After getting a haircut, I really wanted to do something touristy in London. We decided to go to the British Museum, which is an enormous museum full of world history. Essentially, the British have various artifacts from their former colonies around the globe including the actual Rosetta Stone (not the computer discs/DVD’s they sell on TV). This museum was packed with tourists from all over the world. After cruising through a tiny portion of the museum (it’s enormous), we left.
That night, we were celebrating Pierce’s and Jake’s 21st birthdays. We went to a member’s only club in South Kensington called the Dorsia. For everyone familiar with the movie “American Psycho” starring Christian Bale, you know how hard it is to get a reservation, but Jake got us a table. Upon walking in, I realized I was extremely underdressed. Everyone was wearing tuxedos and suits. To be honest, I thought these people looked pretty ridiculous. It was a three-floored club in a renovated brownstone like house. Overall, not a great venue, but since we were with a ton of people we knew, it ended up being a pretty solid night.
British Museum
I ask a guy to take a picture with the museum in back of us. Probably the worst picture you could ask for because its not centered and you can't see the museum. But it's so bad that its a must keep picture
The actual Rosetta Stone
This group of Asian tourists kept following us around the museum, they were taking a lot of pictures that we kept walking through, so I took a picture of them in retaliation.
